How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?

When it comes to fencing, we believe that quality should always take precedence over quantity. As a small business, we take pride in our work and strive for exceptional customer service, and it is this commitment that sets us apart from the competition. The owner works on every job to ensure that the final result is a fence that not only meets your needs but exceeds your expectations.

What experience do you have?

Fence building is not just a service for me, it's a skill that I've honed over the years. I grew up watching my step dad build houses and would scrap his jobs, building things out of scraps in my free time. This sparked a passion in me for fixing and building things myself. With my fence services, I bring my special touch and attention to detail to every project.

How long does an install take?

Our fence installation services are designed to meet your specific needs. We take pride in our efficiency and timeliness when it comes to our installations. Typically, our installations take 1-3 business days, but factors such as fence type, location, and utilities can impact the time needed for installation. Rest assured, we work tirelessly to complete each project with precision and care.

Do I need to file for a permit and utility locates?

Spare yourself the hassle of filing the necessary permits and utility locates for your fence installation. Our team handles everything for you so you can focus on enjoying your new fence. We carefully file the proper permits and contact 811 for the utility markings to ensure that your fence is safely installed without a hitch.

Do you use concrete?

When it comes to fence installation, we are the experts that you can rely on for exceptional services. Our team is experienced in using various techniques depending on the soil and other factors. In most cases, we use our powerful gas pounder to sink the fence posts at a minimum of 36 inches into the ground. However, if digging has to be done manually because of utilities or soil-related issues, then we do use concrete as necessary. The post are not any less structurally sound than they would be in concrete.

Are you properly insured?

Choosing a fencing contractor is an important decision, and you want to make sure that you're protected. Here at Paramount, we know that accidents happen, which is why we are properly insured and licensed with the state of Iowa to ensure that both our workers and your property are protected. Let us show you why we're the best choice for your fencing needs.

What is the most cost efficient fence?

We know that choosing a fence can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to pricing. That's why we're proud to offer a variety of options that are not only cost efficient, but also durable and reliable. If you're on a tight budget, our galvanized chainlink and black vinyl coated chain link fences are a great choice. For those looking for a bit more style, we also offer wood, vinyl, and ornamental options.

Do you locate my property pins?

One of our most frequently asked questions is 'Do you locate my property pins?' While we are happy to attempt to locate them for you using our metal detector and experience, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to ensure they know the exact location of their property pins. However, we do know a licensed surveyor who is available to help you with this task if the pins are not able to be located and can often save you money compared to finding one yourself. Pins are not required for fence installation except in Urbandale, Iowa but is highly recommended you know where your lot lines are prior to installing a fence on your property lines.

How do I know which fence to choose?

Choosing the right fence for your property can be a daunting task, but rest assured our team of quote specialists are here to take the stress off your shoulders. At Paramount, we take into account all aspects of your property and your reasons for wanting a fence. Whether it’s privacy, safety, or longevity - we have the solution that meets all your needs.
